Rose city NVC and it’s leaders encompass perfectly what non violent communication is about. They are caring, committed, and comforting, as well as extremely informative and knowledgeable. I came in with no experience with NVC, and thanks to them, plan to study and teach it to my peers for the rest of my life. I am extremely thankful for Rose City

This is a fantastic organization, I have just finished the Rose City NVC Foundations Class, and I cannot even begin to express how much this class has changed my life for the better. I was able to improve my interpersonal relationship communication skills within my romantic relationship, but I also noticed my work relationships improving too. I learned how to find mutual understanding in the presence of conflict. This class was lead by Xander who has a very caring, calm, and powerful presence. I found myself able to learn so much in the supportive environment that Xander set up for their class. Additionally, I have been able to take a couple of classes with Sandra for the Integration Class, and one of the workshops. Sandra's honesty and vulnerability working with her students is something all educators should aspire to do. Sandra encourages her students to take a deep look at themselves, to start to heal though understanding and self empathy. As a queer person, I always felt comfortable in these classes. I highly recommend working with Rose City NVC to all.

Sandra and Xander know their stuff and teach it well in a warm and fun way! My thinking has been influenced from the material they've shared, it's life changing in a positive way. Not only this, but the other people who have attended the classes seem just as interested in growth and it contributed to a meaningful experience for me. I plan on taking more classes in the future with them!
